The firm is led by the Chief Executive, Emeka NnamEze. He provides direction for the business. He is assisted by three others namely, Blessing ChiebonamEze, OkworIfeanyichukwu, and Amajor Ifeanyi.



Chief Executive, Ceneb Ventures Nigeria.

NNAM EMEKA is the founder, Ceneb Ventures Nigeria. He is an astute entrepreneur. His passion to touch lives especially, the young ones, drives most of his actions in business.

Emeka believes in giving back to the society. He has empowered many of our youths – some with opportunities for academic advancement and some others with employment or job creation opportunities. Through him, the dreams of many young people have become reality.

Emeka has built a successful career spanning health management, supply chain management, farming, and agency banking. He is self-motivated and has a track record of turning saw dust into gold having nurtured various enterprises from simple ideas to a success story with outlets in Enugu, Nsukka and Abakaliki.

He holds a BSc in Economics (1986), MBA in Banking & Finance (1989) and MBA in Management (2000); and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Management and Leadership Development. Emeka is a Member of Nigeria Institute of Management and a Fellow of Institute of Corporate Administration.


Executive Director, Business Development.

Blessing Chiebonam, is responsible for creating demand for all our products and services.

In 2016, she passed Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, ASCON exam in A Grade. She holds a BSc degree from ESUT (2006). She later obtained a Post Graduate Diploma, PGD, in Public Administration from ESUT Business School. She has attended several training programs and conferences sponsored by different Organisations.


Director, Facility Management

Ifeanyi is a vibrant young man with innovative ideas. He nurtures his ideas to fruition. He is responsible for Facility Management and Cylinder Control.

Before joining the management team of Ceneb, he has rendered his services to Federal Road Safety Commission, Oyo, Ondo, and Osun states.

He graduated from Institute of Management Technology, IMT Enugu with HND in Estate Management. He later obtained a PGD in the same field and a Master of Science degree in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

He is a member of Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.


Director Logistics

Okwor is responsible for Supply Chain Management. He ensures products availability and makes sure the customer is supplied in the right quantity and at the right time.

Before joining the Ceneb team, he was a General Manager in charge of Air Traffic Control operations at Nigeria Airspace Management Agency, NAMA.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Transport Planning from Lagos State University, LASU (2004). He attended training courses and workshops in Africa (Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Senegal, Congo, Chad, and Cote D’Ivoire), Europe (France), Asia (Singapore), and Miami in USA.

He is a Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Nigeria Air Traffic Association, and International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers.
